We prescribe our exercise programs to address your goals and ensure your work out is safe with proper technique and alignment. Don’t think this means you will not get a workout- our instructors will challenge you and help build strength and tone.

Lara – Physiotherapist & Exercise Physiologist
Lara brings over 10 years of experience as both a Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist, specialising in musculoskeletal and sports injuries. She is also highly skilled in supporting women through pelvic floor assessments, pregnancy-related issues, mastitis treatment, and postnatal recovery. With her dual qualifications in Physiotherapy and Pilates, Lara is able to seamlessly integrate hands-on therapeutic techniques with personalised exercise programs, ensuring optimal long-term outcomes for every client.

Kate - Physiotherapist
Kate holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from the Australian Catholic University and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Charles Sturt University. She has a strong interest in Pilates for rehabilitation and has completed DMA Clinical Pilates training as well as Polestar’s Rehabilitation course and NeuroStudio’s Neurological Pilates education. Kate runs the Falls and Parkinson’s classes and is passionate about supporting healthy ageing. She also offers home and nursing home visits within the 2508 postcode for clients who prefer or require care in their own space. Kate looks forward to helping you work toward your health goals—big or small.

Claire – Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Claire is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated from the University of Sydney in 2023. She also completed comprehensive Pilates training during her studies, supporting her holistic approach to movement and rehabilitation. Claire has a passion for helping people stay active and healthy, with special interests in Pilates, strength training, and snowboarding. She enjoys working with a range of musculoskeletal conditions and is committed to guiding clients through every stage of their exercise journey.
Claire is registered with WorkCover, DVA, Medicare, and all major health funds.

Deb - Pilates and Barre Instructor
Deb brings a rich background in ballet and contemporary dance, having trained at the Royal Academy of Dance in London. She spent over a decade teaching dance and running a successful Mat Pilates studio overseas before returning to Australia.
Since then, she has expanded her expertise with Xtend Barre and Polestar Pilates, holding a diploma in Clinical Pilates and Barre. Deb is known for her sharp eye for technique and form, delivering energising reformer, mat, and barre classes that are both challenging and fun.
Please note: sessions with Deb are not eligible for health fund rebates.

Jill - Pilates Instructor
Jill discovered her love for Pilates as a client and enrolled in a Diploma of Pilates training just two weeks later. With over five years of teaching experience, she’s passionate about helping clients recover from injury, build strength, and gain confidence through movement.
Jill is known for delivering challenging, results-focused sessions and takes pride in seeing her clients progress. Outside the studio, she enjoys coastal walks, boxing, and swimming in ocean pools during summer.
