  • Reformer Pilates

    Our accredited Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Pilates Instructors offer a range of classes. Clinical Pilates (semi private) are maximum 3 clients per class and individually tailored programs. These are suitable for personal goals such as injury rehab, post-surgical recovery, sports conditioning, and general wellness. Our group reformer classes are available at our Stanwell Park location and are a maximum 7 clients per class. They focus on core stability, flexibility, posture control, and biomechanics for optimal strength and injury prevention.

  • Exercise Physiology

    EPs are the exercise specialists, helping you manage chronic diseases, metabolic conditions, and musculoskeletal issues. With a focus on exercise and education, they empower clients to optimize their health and lifestyle.

    Ballet Barre sessions are a fusion of Pilates and ballet. These boutique classes offer a mix of cardio as well as specific exercises to sculpt major muscle groups. This full-body workout improves strength, flexibility, and posture. Suitable for all fitness levels, our Barre classes offer a fun, effective way to achieve a toned and sculpted body while enjoying the benefits of a dynamic group exercise.

  • Mums and Bubs

    Our Mums and Bubs classes offer semi-private and group Pilates mat sessions tailored for postnatal recovery. Led by qualified instructors, these classes focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and enhancing overall well-being. Enjoy a supportive environment where you can bond with your baby while engaging in gentle, effective exercises designed specifically for new mothers.

    We offer pre-recorded and live online classes, perfect for those who want to supplement their in-person regime or prefer to exercise from home.
