Reformer Pilates
Our accredited Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Pilates Instructors offer a range of classes. Semi Private are maximum 3 clients per class and individually tailored programs. These are suitable for personal goals such as injury rehab, post-surgical recovery, sports conditioning, and general wellness. Our group reformer classes are available atmour Stanwell Park location and are a maximum 6 clients per class. They focus on core stability, flexibility, posture control, and biomechanics for optimal strength and injury prevention.
